1) Java needs to be enabled on your browser. See your system administrator on how to enable java on your browser.

2) You need to install the latest version of your browser. You can find the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer at www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp. You can find the latest version of Netscape Navigator at http://channels.netscape.com. Please contact your system administrator if you are using a Mac or an unlisted browser.

3) You have a new Windows XP PC and use Microsoft Internet Explorer. The latest XP machines do not have a Java virtual machine installed. You can download and install the necessary files here: install. Download the file then double click on the exe to install the necessary program.
